We tell ourselves stories – of who we are and what we can do, or can’t. Alpacas tell themselves stories about us too.
I like to be noticed by my alpacas but I like to think it is more than the food. Repetition of the right things will build your confidence.

An ordinary week? Do the preparations and keep things ticking along. It feels less exciting but is important.
We grow so accustomed to the ordinary that we don’t notice the extraordinary hiding in plain site. I think all alpacas are extraordinary. What about you? Listen in to some valley musings after breakfast with the girls.
